About Aureak.
Aureak provides AI infrastructure advisory to enterprises building AI at scale and to institutional investors backing them.
Founded by a former AWS and Amazon infrastructure and supply chain leader, the practice draws on direct operating experience at hyperscaler scale: procurement, capacity planning, vendor negotiation, and the operational realities behind every AI infrastructure decision.
Aureak works with startup founders navigating build vs buy decisions, Fortune 500 CIOs planning multi-year AI capacity commitments, and mid-market CTOs sizing their first serious workloads. On the investor side, Aureak provides technical diligence to venture capital firms, private equity, sovereign wealth funds, infrastructure funds, corporate venture arms, and chip makers evaluating investments across the AI infrastructure stack.
How Aureak works
Every engagement starts with a clear scope: what decision are you making, by when, and what would change your mind. Aureak brings frameworks and data. You keep the decision.
Most engagements fall into three shapes:
2 to 6 weeks on a specific decision. Sizing, vendor selection, build vs buy analysis, or diligence on a target company.
Monthly retainer for continuous access as decisions arise. Common for funds and enterprise CIOs.
3 to 9 months embedded in a company or portfolio company as infrastructure or platform lead during a transition.
